Redstone Missile
The Redstone Missile production that began in 1954 was a result of Chrysler's J.T. Keller having been chosen by President Truman to head up the U.S. Missile Programs. The programs included the 4-stage Redstone Jupiter C rocket that launched America's first satellite and also relied on Chrysler to help produce the rockets for the Apollo missions that would pioneer space exploration with the first moon landing.
